Server: No Ports Left when trying to use remote worker

i have recently upgraded to r6 (bcm 50) and am trying to get the remote worker feature to work. First, it is checked on the ip terminals page. i have 1 nat traversal license and 6 ip licenses (i use some ip phones internally on network).

currently, i receive the message "server: no ports left" when trying to connect the remote phone. i can connect to the network using ip phones internally without issue.

i have opened many ports on my router
7000-7002
28000-28249
30000-30099
60000-60240
17018-17019
2216-2217
20000-20249

Currently, i have deregistered all IP phones from the bcm (internal network). however, i still received the same message. i have also rebooted the remote handset several times without success.

any thoughts?

Solved by setting the provisioned IP.
