I am new to the networking field. I'm a network admin for a small bank. I'm finishing up my degree for CIS but it has mostly dealt with programming. I've had some networking classes but it's still really new to me. Do you guys have any sites or resources that would be good to help me learn the basics like things I can do in Win Server 2000 and managing router's and firewalls.

I know enough to manage what's already in place but if I had to start from scratch I would be in trouble.
