I have a Domain Controller and some clients - all w2k.
All machines/users can log on to the domain. And all the PC's are visible in my network places - entire network - ms windows network - <domain> except the DC itself. (it sees itself allright, but no other PC does). If I don't browse but search for it by name it is found. And I can then access anything as I should (i.e. if a user has no rights nothing goes, if he/she has rights it works also as expected).
And the DC does show up in the "my network places - AD".
I can't figure out why this is so. I sure can't remember setting things up like this...
Does anybody have any idea how to show the DC to all other computers again when just browsing/traversing the network?
