Server Migration

Hi All,

Is there a utility that will help in the migration of N3.12 to W2k?

I need to transfer all the files and folders that my users have created and keep the securities.

Is it possible to link the logins so that the files are automatically migrated into AD?

I hope you guys know what I am on about

A tool to do this should be included with Win2k, it may be in the resource kit.
