Server Maintanence Guide ?

Hi, I need to create a general sever maintenance guide for daily, weekly, monthly etc. tasks. This is for all types of servers - exchange, SQL, etc.

I have limited expertise on the subject and was wondering what tasks and best practices should be implemented.

I would also recommend supplementing your library with books related to the topics you wish to find out about.
