Server low on memory with Arcserve

We are running Novell 5.1 servers with Arcsere 6.6, and we constantly have error messages stating that, the back up jobs will not start until the server memory is restored.

I have read the post "Anyone using arcserve 7 for Netware" and was wondering if adjusting the btrieve file BTI.CFG, would possibly do any good for this particuar problem.

We are also facing the problem with not being able to browse tapes when trying to do a restore. We will be adjusting the file anyway to attempt fixing this problem.
