server is notyet opened problem in crystal report

i am using crystal report with vb6 and sqlserver7
my reports are well running on my windows2000 system but on client's win98 system ,they are giving error "server is not yet opened".
i am using this commands while making reports.
Report.SQLQueryString = StrSQLQuery
CRViewer1.ReportSource = Report
CRViewer1.ViewReport

pls help me
