Server is not accessible

I am receiving this message whenever I try to access my server via network neighborhood. I then receive this message: "There are currently no logon servers avialable to service log on request". I can see the server but I can't get on it. This happened after I did a DCPROMO. I am only using this server internally so far and do not access it from outside our walls. Any ideas as to what is going on? I am fairly new to this world so... please be kind!

Check to see if the server service (in the control panel, services icon) is started. Might check the logon service too.

I have done this. The logon service is enabled and started
