Server has not yet been opened

I have created a drill-down report in Crystal Reports and get this error message when I double-click an item to get more details. The error does not happen for every item. Has anyone experienced this error before?

CRAXDRT Error Occurred on Server. -2147192184: Server has not been opened.

I would appreciate any help,

It sounds more like an on demand subreport error.

If not, I'd try applying the latest hotfixes from the CD site.
