There are alot of questions to be first answered.
(1) Are you an Administrator or do you have Administrative right to the server? If not you will need to find someone with Admin rights to do so.
(2) What Operating system are you running? Windows, Novell, Unix, SUN? They all have diffrent means of doing what you are asking.
Once we get this far well go for the rest of it.
