Server filter number defaults on the form properties

Hi,

I have a combo and the user makes a selection in the combo and opens up the form based on the combo selection. It also has a print button on the form,FYI.

Some times, the filter works and some times it does not. I have seen two filters in the properties of the form. One is a filter (we have it in mdb) and another is a server filter (do not know what it is in ADP). Can any one advise why does the combo filter get stuck to some filter number in the server filter of the forms properties.
