One of our users hard drive crashed, and after his Notes was re-installed, he now can not get to our Notes Application Server.
The full error message is :
"Server error: Your account is locked out; see your system administrator to reset it".
I have never seen this message before. Appears to be a Network type message, but his network account is not blocked, AND he can get into the other Notes Server, which is the mail server.
Version ==> 6.5.2 on Windows 2000 OS
Thank you very much for your help.

I found the problem. It was in the user's Person Document, in the field called "Check Password" under the Administration Tab. It somehow got set to "Check password", instead of "Don't Check password".
Not sure how it was set. We always leave the field set as "Don't Check password".
