Server Error Web <Root Web> is busy. Please try again?

I have had real problems with this recently. I appear to successfully publish my pages, but after a long time "processing web updates" I get the above error message. When viewed, the buttons on my site are mostly grey, that is there are no names on the buttons (see

What is causing this please.

1. Host server timed out
2. FP extensions are out of whack (ask isp to reinstall)
3. Yoo lost your internet connection.

I am bias to #2. Because these are images...FP keeps 2nd copies of all images in _vti type folders. Ask the isp or web host to reinstall FP Extensions (this is not a big deal) and I have a feeling the problem will cease. DeZiner
