We have a R4.6.2 Domino server install on the NT4.0a. When we restart the server, this error message showed up
"Informational: The registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\Current ControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\LargeSystemCache is currently set to 1. For better server performce change the setting to 0".

How do I change the setting and where? It is on the NT system or on the R4.6.2 server.

Thanks!

You can use the regedit or regedt32 to change the entires in your nt server registry to reflect from 1 to 0 & 2 to 0 and after making the changes you can restart your lotus notes server and this warining will disappeard.

The following entires need to be changed

Informational 1: The registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\LargeSystemCache is currently set to 1. For better server performance, change the setting to 0

Informational 2: The registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl\Win32PrioritySeparation is currently set to 2. For better server performance, change the setting to 0
