I have been having many problems as of late, and just to list one, here it goes:

For example, I sometimes create VS.NET or Web Matrix sites on my (localhost), but when I CTRL COPY the folder to the production web server, I get the following ubiquitous error:

-----------------------------------------
Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. ...
-----------------------------------------

What does that mean? Is it something with SQL Server?

Please help...

do you have customErrors="Off" in your webconfig file. This should help... I doubt it is your connection to the SQL server it would throw you a more obvious error message "Can not find SQL Server" =) Have you tried copying using the copy project under the Project menu item in VS and does this help or produce the same issues???

Yes, I have customErrors set to "Off"; I have also tried different configurations, but no luck. Also, concerning your other question, when I try to copy the project via 'Copy Project' into the destination folder on the web server (remote), I get the following message:

You must enter a valid destination URL to copy your project.

Don't know what is happening!!
