I keep getting the error"

"server error: cannot create file c:\web\file.htm ...."

when I am trying to save a file that I make a change to in my frontpage web folder. I know this is a permissions error but I cannot figure out what permission is missing. I have given the folder and all subfolders including the hidden ones (_vti etc) full control for the Everyone group and the IUSR guest account. I can edit these files in word or notepad and save them but not FrontPage, what am I missing???

Does your ISP have front page extensions turn on?
Have you checked the Personal Web Server on your computer to be sure it's activated?
A couple of shots in the dark, but I had a similar problem.
