Call me a small time guy but on most of the IP Office installs I have done have had a VMPro server that we simple stick a Logmein account on so we can offer remote support. On Embedded systems, we got creative and the clients were ok with that. But now that the Server Editions are coming out, I am wondering how best to offer remote support. CentOS can't run the manager app (at least that I am aware of) so even if I used a VNC, that wouldn’t help me. There are other servers but none that I feel confident that the client will let me stick a Logmein account on.

What have ya’ll done?

Thanks!

For years we've been putting an old XP machine on site when necessary. Doesn't need keyboard/mouse/video. Just needs to run. Most customers are fine with it. $150 cost and lots of savings in heartache and headache.
