We have configured our SMTP server and are still not receiving email attachments with voicemail.
Users have been configured to receive email (copy).
How do we troubleshoot this?
What filters do we need to enable in Monitor to see if emails are going out?
Any other tools?
We are using a GMAIL account for this (not sure if that even works for this).
