Guys,

I'm here again, sorry ! [bigears]

I'm little confuse with the licenses oh the Server Edition... I've one Primary Server and more two control unit as module expansion here alright. So, the license "275658 IPO R9 SE ADI LIC" must be put on the SERVER only or Server and Control Units? If only server, the server must be three licenses? 1 for server and 2 for expansions.

How do this?

Thanks

SE licenses go on the primary server, not the control units. The control units will check out a license from the primary once they connect.

Indeed. These are server only licences.
The server will assign a licence to the expansion system which will have a virtual licence.
Why virtual? Because it will stop working after 15 of no connection to the server.

As I thought. Well, on the control unit the option under license "Remote Server" must be apointed to the Primary, correct?

Ok, now is more clear. I need 1 license for each system, correct? My topology so need 3 licenses on the primary?

Correct. SE LIC for all nodes get assigned to the primary.

Wfranklin, when you add an expansion system on the server then it will do those settings for you.
You do not have to set the licence server at all.
Settings like that, vmpro and time server (I must forget some) are all set for you.
All you so is configure the server settings.

Oh right bro !

Another question.

All my H323 phones are registered on Primary, if the Server Primary is down the Module assume them, correct? (yes on my H323 trunk is set for Fallback my IP Phones) if yes my questions is: How the Module Expansion will register the H323 phones if I dont have IP phone licenses on the Module? I've only VCM on all the systems (Server/Modules).

tlpeter.

But when I delete the "server remote license" the H323 trunk is down, its show "you dont have license" So, I set the configuration "remote server license" again and the H323 is UP. I just wanted take out this doubt.
This normal ?

Deleting the SCN trunk and the license is not normal and you should never do that at all.
But you can resolve this by deleting the expansion system on the server, and adding it again.
I would reboot in between.
