About 1 out of 10 or so times when using Manager to pull a config from SE, the config will show zero hunt groups in the config (I have 25 hunt groups). If I immediately close the config and pull another one I will see all 25. Problem is the one time I didn't catch it and merged, it deleted all my hunt groups and had to restore from backup during production hours. Anyone else seeing this bug the latest June 24 release 9.1.3.0.120? Major issue here since this is a call center that averages around 4500 calls per 10 hour shift. Wondering if I need to downgrade system or if could be a bug within Manager. If anyone else has seen this please let me know.
