WE are having an issue with Avaya server edition R10.1.0.1.0 build 3. Initially auto attendants were locking up every 12 days and a restart of services fixed the issue. We were able to identify that we need to have a domain name in the SMTP settings for voicemail to email, and this resolved the issue with the AA locking up. Now the new issue is that voicemail to email stops every 12 days and a simple restart of services fixes everything. I have this happening on virtual and Dell premise servers after an upgrade to R10.1, please let me know if you have ran into this before.
