Server Edition 9.1 ?

There are 2 expansion 500V2 units and a primary server, when I create the user's in web manager it asks me what of the 3 systems I want to install them in. I'm a little confused here, when I add it to the expansion unit should it not populate in the primary server user list..?

If you add a user to an expansion it shows up under the expansions users. All users regardless of system show up under the system user list. Only users built on the primary server show up in the primary server users list.

I guess that's where I'm confused, why would you build any user's on the primary server then..?

IP Users are generally registered to the Primary server so they can failover to the Secondary if needed. Digital extensions would be tied to the IP500 Expansions.

Hi, I have 1 primary server with all licences and worked fin and I have configured 1 IPO (expansion). IPO took its licence of server and worked fine. I configured some phones and they are registered in IPO but when I try to use 1 of IPO extension, I have "Unlicensed phone". I have 170 endpoint licenses available in the primary server.

Can someone help me?

2 things-
In your config on your expansion system, make sure your primary server ip address is in the Remote Server under License.

Check the Line settings on your expansion and Primary & Secondary systems to each other. Make sure the Gateway information is correct. Including the password. If you're not sure of the password, change it on all systems and save.
