Hello Pro's,

We took over a Server Edition that someone else installed (at our original customer). The server edition has a Primary Server at one location, and a secondary server at another location. Right now, all external calls go through a PRI on an IP500 behind the Primary server.

I just turned up another PRI at the secondary location. I built an ARS for the phones that are on the secondary server to dial out on the new PRI, that works fine. However, there are a lot of phones at the secondary location that are registered to the primary server.

I tried to build an ARS table in the Primary server, to make calls out on the secondary IP500's PRI, but I don't think that can be done. How would I make users on the primary server, dial 9 and grab a channel off the secondary server IP500's PRI? I haven't done SCN before so I may be missing something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The primary server must have a link (per design) to the IP500 hosting the PRI at the second location.

You have to create a shortcode 9N/dial/9N with the line group pointing to the secondary location's IP500.

I'm assuming that I need to make the short code under the users, since most phones connected to the primary server will remain dialing 9 and going out on the Primary's IP500 PRI. The other phones that are registered to the primary and need to dial 9 and go out on the Secondary server's IP500 PRI would need a user short code correct?
