Server Drops?

Hi all,

I have a rather dated server (F40), which seems to drop at irregular intervals. I have had the server looked at by our hardware maintenance company, and they are somewhat baffled. There are no errors listed in the error log to describe the fault???

The server has power and the Oracle databases are ended also.

The maintenance guys have so far replaced the PSU, the planar board and one of the two processors.....

Has anybody ever experienced anything of this nature before?

Please give more detailes - what is the exact phenomena,what was running at this time,"errpt |tail -10" taken immediately after,results of "diag",what do you do to fix it.
