Server Drive Connection Problems

I did a windows update to our Windows 2003 Server and it no longer seems to be connected to the network. When trying to access its shared drives it states that the connection needs to be re-established. How do I do this/? I am an IT novice.

This may sound simple but have you gone to my computer and clicked on the shared drive itself? Sometimes they disconnect. If that doesnt work you are going to have to remap the share.
