Server does not see client in Console

One of our remote servers was constantly locked and couldn't unlock it. So we re-install SAV to this server with the later version than the one before. I guess not all symantec files were removed before re-installation and now, this server just doesn't see the clients.
This server also become disabled most of times.
I can't get it to share definition, either.
How do I go by fixing these problem without uninstall and reinstall again?
 
...well you have a problem because your root certificates arent going to be the same as your clients now... do you have a backup of your servers pki folder before you uninstalled nav?

if you did just replace your current pki folder with the one from before and everything should be happy again.
 
no, we don't have a backup of this server's pki folder. i tried copying the pki\root from another server but didnt' solve the problem...
