I have an IBM server that crashed, when it came back up it see's 4 of the 5 RDAC virtual disks that are assigned to it. I have rebooted it and this has not helped. The volume group that is assinged as this disk appears fine within Storage manager and the Host Group is all assinged.

There is an unknown device on the server which i am assuming is the missing vitual disk, i have tried to update the drive but with no luck. The other virtual disks are using a generic Microsoft driver.

Any idea how i can assing a RDAC driver to this unknown device or get this missing disk back?

I am using an old version of Storage Manager V8.34.

Resolved by starting the server in safe mode and then could access the disk. Then restarted normally and all OK
