Server disk size

Is there any restriction on how large a server disk can be under 4.11? We're using Compaq hardware, and the largest is currently 166 Gb.

Can't find the stats for NetWare 4.11 but the maximum volume size for NetWare 3.12 was 32Tb (yes, TeraBytes).

You have other considerations though. The bigger the volume, the more memory you have to have. The backup time must be fun also...

If you mean logical volume, take 32Tb as a figure though I guess very few ever get near that!! -----------------------------------------------------

I think the limit for NW 4 was also about 32Tb.
Netware 5 has a larger limit and does not need near as much memory for very large volumes.
