Server.CreateObject Failed Error

Help!

I am getting the following error message --

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800a8019'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/includes/incRetrieveCookie.asp, line 7
800a8019

Line 7 points to the following code --

Set oStateMgtSvc = server.CreateObject("SD_ICBAM.CStateMgtSvc")

We have already tried restarting the Com+ Components but the problem was not resolved. Any idea on how to troubleshoot/resolve this problem?

are you sure you registered the component correctly. Also make sure that you have set all the required permissions on the server to execute this component.

There are many threads on this forum that discuss on similar problems...please search
