Server Crashed

The production CE Server ( Version 10 ) crashed and looking at the log files

Log message: An unknown error has occurred..

I am wondering how to figure out and trouuble shoot what happened. The services are now restarted now.

Right, not a very descriptive error...

Try applying the service pack just in case, and the event viewer might have some additional related errors/warnings in it.

I just installed with default settings. ( CE and IIS ) The other applications in Server are

Oracle 9i release 2 client, Administrator option.
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.4.2
Crystal Reports version 10, SP1
MSDE (Microsoft Data Engine, sqlserver)
Microsoft SQL Server client tools
McAffee Virus Scan

Also It is current with all windows updates...
