Server Crashed! Help

Hello everyone!
I have been lurking this page for while now and it has helped me countless of times. I have an issue, however, that I can't quite seem to find. My client's server had a power surge and the mobo fried. I am currently trying to find a replacement for it and as of now the terminals are working just fine in offline mode. These are my issues:

1. Can the Master Terminal grind the end of the day? I know it sounds silly but I will not be able to obtain a server until tomorrow and therefore I do not know where today's information will be saved.​

2. Once I set up the server do I need to install Aloha from a CD? If so does anyone have an .ISO of Aloha v6.7.38?​

reach out to me from website below. I can provide you with CD. There is more than just the CD that you will need to do. Its fairly easy but there going to be many settings along the way you will need to make

FOH can run for up to 30 days with the server. it will grind all dated folders when they are moved back to server

if you can recover the harddrive and put in new machine you will have a much easier time to get Aloha back up
