Server crash, Exchange will not connect to server.

My Exchange server crashed and this is the message that pops up when I try to connect to the server.

"A connect could not be made to the Microsoft Exchange Server Computer"
"A code page required for character translation to and from unicode is not installed on this computer"
"Microsoft Exchange Administrator"
"Id no: c10306cd"
Any Ideas?

Goto services and see if the Exchange services are starting? If not you may have an inconsistant database and you will need to repair it. Isinteg, essutil. Also it may have corrupt mail messages in the queues, delete them then try to restart. I find that deleting the mail from the queues usally solves the issue.
