Server Crash created new Domain, and all users have a 2@domain.com

Your question isn't clear enough to answer.
How did you go about recreating the server and domain? Did you restore it, or build it again? Did you restore from System State? What was the old name and what is the new name? What do you mean by "master Domain," and when you say "all my SMTP email have a 2@ourdomain.com" what does that look like? Give us examples of two users. And where are you seeing that, exactly?
