Hi, we have a server crash and the blue screen simply states to contact our hardware manufacturer. It is an older Dell 6850. It starts to boot windows and will just reboot itself. If I go into safe mode, I get the blue screen with that message above. Is there any way to diagnose this? I would hate to reinstall windows but I have no idea what to do in this case? It has a raid1 and a raid5 in the box as well. Any thoughts on this?

well I isolated the problem (I think) by removing and swapping ram. the server is back up. Oh and the error was actually to call your hardware vendor... not manufacturer... have a good weekend!
