Server can't email itself.

Hi

We have (attempted to) configure WSS 3.0 to email to a library if anyone uses the request access function.

No error messages are generated, the incoming mail passes through the smtp folder structure, but the mail never makes it to the library.

If the email is sent to a user (username@company.com) no problem, arrives within seconds
If a user emails directly to the library (access@servername.intranet.net) it appears in the library almost immediately.
We are using Notes & WSS server is set to accept mail form any server.
What have we missed?
