Every day when one of my users signs in to GW he gets the Server is busy would you like to "retry" or "switch to" error message. When he presses "switch to", his start menu pops up. He has to press "switch to" a few times before it lets him in to his mailbox. It's not keeping him from getting in to his mailbox, it's just an annoyance he has to go through every morning.
