server beep four times and shuts down 1

Since the 2500 is an older server I will reference what I know. 4 Beeps ususally 2 long 2 short are associated with system fans. Either CPU or general fans are failing. Take a look at the fans. The system imediately is getting to hot and the machine will reboot itself.

I am too encountering the 2 long beeps and 2 short beeps.The system is in a continuious recycle or power-up & down. I Checked all the fans and they are appear not to be obstructed or anything . This issue started when the system utilities partition was deleted. Help!!!
