Server Based with Two Gateways (IP500v2) with Two PRI's

Server based system with two IP500v2 chassis as gateways, R11.0.4. Each gateway will have it's own PRI connected to it. The phones will be a combination of digital, IP and Analog ports on each system.

We would like to only use 9+ dialing and access either PRI. If one has the channels all busy, we want subsequent outbound calls to dial out the other PRI. We would like this as transparent as possible for the users.

Likewise for Incoming Call Routes. The PRIs will be considered one large inbound trunk group - this is their current setup from the carrier on their Avaya CM system which we're replacing.

For an extension on the SE, 9N sends N to an ARS table, that dials 9N on the SCN line to the 1st expansion system.

In the 1st expansion system, 9N sends N to an ARS table that dials N on the PRI channels on that system. A fallback ARS route dials 8N on the SCN line back to the Server Edition

Back on the Server Edition, 8N sends N to an ARS table that dials 9N on the SCN line to the 2nd expansion system

On the 2nd expansion system, 9N sends N to an ARS table that dials N on the PRI channels on that 2nd system. A fallback ARS route dials 9N on the SCN line back to the Server Edition

EVERYONE dials 9N to get out. If the User is on one of the expansions, it uses that expansion's PRI as primary route, the other expansion's PRI as secondary. USer on the SE uses 1st expansion's PRI as primary, 2nd expansion's PRI as secondary

Duplicate the ICR on both expansions
