Server based mailfile error

Hello All

I have a problem with a server based mailfile. when the user open the mailfile, he gets the following error, "the single copy template associated with this database cannot be located."

Please can someone give some help on how to reslove this. Thanks

This might work.

Go into the properties of a mail database that is working OK and select the "Design" tab. The one with the setsquare icon.

Note the template name that is in the "Inherit design from template" field.

Now check the same information for the mail file that is giving the error. I think you'll find the template name is wrong. If it is, make it the same as the one that's working and see how you go.
