We are a 9 store family restaurant chain and we have always used a cashier at our stores (over 40 years) we recently switched to Micros 3700 and I changed the stores over to server banking. At some of the stores it is working great, at a few of the busier locations they want to switch back to Cashiering which I feel is a mistake. I need some ammo to argue with my owners against this switch. aside from the obvious reasons: No more walk outs / shortages / servers tips should increase, no more lines to pay up front, keeping servers in their stations etc..........
