Server Availability Index

Hello All

Does anyone know how to interpret the availability index on a server? I see that in the Administrator help index that there is a table of numbers. But my questions is that if on the console of my server shows 100, which is good!! But the other two servers I look after show 49 and 54 respectively. Is that now a bad thing? Does it mean that the server needs more memory? Or what?

Help is needed.
