Hi,

My communication manager raised an alarm and I think I have managed why it alarmed. What I'm looking at is are there any documents that we can look if we are trying to look for the event id for avaya manual. I tried to look at any manual but unfortunately I was unsuccessfull. Can you please enlighten me or share some thought on where can I look for this kinds of alarms. I have listed below the sample alarm so you can look at it.

Appreciate your help on this!

These alarms are generated whan a scheduled backup fails. It could be a backup to the flash drive or even to an ftp directory.

I have found this most commonly when I mistyped the ftp directory.

Hi simreal,

Thanks for your time. I have been using this before and I am just wandering because it is already configured as scheduled back and is working fine before. Can you please enlighten me how could this scenario be brought up since it is working before?

Thanks,

on CM2.1 if I leave a list trace command up in asa I get that alarm.

On all versions, if you leave a command up that is in conflict with your daily maintenance, you may see these alarms, also a save translation will not run which also can cause FSY "file sync" alarms and your standby, LSP, ESS servers do not get updated.
