Dear All,

I am currently running Congnos 7.3. I am basically using the Gosecurity.lae as the authentication source.

I am able to run all the services in the Configuration Manager successfully.

However I am having problem with seting up the upfront portal. When ever I try to log on to the NewsIndex Administration Server Name it returns the following error:

Request failed, the server "<servername>" returned the following error: You are trying to set a namespace which does not exist.

For the servername i have tried the computer name, Gonamespace, ip address but still having that error. I have configure something similar on a different pc and it works fine.

Would appreciate if you could point me to the right direction to solving this issue. Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Dear All,

I actually could not figure out the problem. However after uninstalling and reinstalling the entire cognos 7.3 I was able to connect to the Upfront Admin without any problems. I guess something somewhere was "corrupted".

Thanks.

Regards,
