Getting frustrated with a user that gets disconnected several times a day. Not due to idle time but i witness this myself while doing a simple download, i get the warning "The connection has been lost. Attempting to reconnect to your session".

I've checked the internet connection, no issues there. I've checked log files and the local server with no issues. This only happens with one particular user. I have also replaced the laptop but sadly the new laptop does the same thing.

The only suspicion i have is that the IP schema is being used, it is the same as our local network. He claims that this was never an issue before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have the user change their home IP schema, also I would check their MTU on their home router.

I hope that helps.

Regards,

Mark
