Is there a software or an easy way to convert queries built in server 2008 to Access?

I have a few dozen queries for various projects that on their own work fine, but I'm beinging a new project that will combine the data from these queries with spreadsheets sent over from other departments. I'd like to combine these all into one main Access database but don't want to rewrite the queries.

Your underlying issue is about getting data out of SQL Server using queries.... Sounds like you want an SQL Pass-Through Query in Access to get the results form the SQL Server, running a stored procedure or referencing a view.

As for the general question about converting queries.... Generally, Access and SQL Server's SQL is very similar except when it is different... for a few dozen objects I would create the tables in Access first and then pull the SQL statements out of the Server objects one at a time and paste into an Access Query object SQL view and fix as necessary (actually I would probably paste in wordpad and do search and replace as SQL view doesn't support it and SSMS won't like changes for Access syntax). As for the differences, in SQL languages there are entire books on the topic, so if you have a specific question like, "How do I change this SQL from SQL Server to work in Access," we can be of more help.
