Server 2008 R2 - System recovery options - parameter incorrect

I have a Server 2008 R2 which now receives the above errors after a batch of MS updates installed.

I've tried modifying the services startup value from 2 to 3 in the registry.

Have ran Bootrec.exe /fixmbr /fixboot & /rebuildbcd - no luck.

Can anyone else suggest any ideas?
