Hi everyone,
I am absolutely new to this so please don't kill me for asking question simple to you but difficult to me. I am self student and want to learn about IT. I have got SELF-PACED Training kit 70-648/70-649. My operating system is Server 2008 R2 Enterprise(AD Installed) and I installed VMware Workstation 7 on it then I installed Windows 7 ultimate on vmware. Now the book said "configure TCP/IPv4 so that computer has an IP address of 10.0.0.11 with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0." and then i have to configure the virtual machine so i can join a domain on server 2008. Only NIC i can see on Windows 7 is my NIC installed on the computer. This meant to be private network with no outside Internet and Windows 7 IP address meant to be 10.0.0.21 and subnet 255.255.255.0. Can someone pls help me set this up. Thank you
