HELP!! I am managing a server running 2003 and every time I create a folder the folder comes up with "Read only attributes" when I change the attributes the check mark comes back. any ideas??

Hi there,

Not too sure about this, but I do know that 2K3 "protects" you from yourself by locking a lot of functionality down (even as an admin). It may possibly be something in the 2K3 default security settings.

I haven't done much 2K3 admin stuff so I may be totally off base here, but it couldn't hurt.
