Server 2003 - Task scheduler issues - Security Database.

I'm running into issues scheduling tasks in Server 2003. Jobs will seemingly randomly not run, and I get the following error in my log: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler security database for the task indicated.

The server is fully updated, it has been restarted, the scheduler service has been restarted and had all its tasks cleared and recreated. Still no luck. Any other ideas?
