I installed SP1 on Windows Server 2003. I use it as a DNS and web server. Since then after a while I can no longer access many services on the server, such as ping-ing a domain, accessing via terminal service, web sites via browser, etc.
In essense it looks like there is a firewall is in place. When I look at the Control Panel I see the new Firewall program and click on it... it says it isn't running.
Luckily I can term serv into that box from another server on a local IP. I reboot the server and it works normal for a while.
So, what did SP1 put in place that is hiding everything from outside access?
